Nachgefragt… bei Anthony von The Scandals

Die Scandals waren gerade wieder auf großer Tour durch Europa unterwegs. Bei dieser Gelegnehit hat Gitarrist Anthony unseren Nachgefragt… Fragebogen befüllt. Von der schicken Siebdruckcover-Version des aktuellen Albums “Time Machines” (nur 60 Stück!) gibt es übrigens noch ein paar Exemplare bei uns im Mailorder.

 
I am… Anthony Iarossi, guitarist for The Scandals.

I would never ever… refuse a chocolate frosted doughnut and a cup of coffee.

I would instantly… Say yes to touring Brasil and Japan.

In my next life… I will not be as much of a neurotic mess and relax more.

If only I had known… Wow…there’s one thing in particular, but it’s way too personal. So lets go with # 2 and say I should have slept in my car.

It is long overdue… quitting smoking and putting out the new record.

Sex, Drugs & Rock’n’Roll… and booze…and sleep…and coffee.

The first record in my collection… My Mom bought me The Beatles Greatest Hits.

A band worth seeing live… The Refused, maybe the best band I have ever seen live

A band I would have loved to see… Metallica on the …And Justice for All tour.

The best show we ever played… The return/welcome home show at the Court Tavern after our first tour in Europe.

The worst show we ever played… The first show we ever played with this band line-up in Connecticut.

The best thing in our band history… The realization that somehow playing in a punk rock band would let me see the world.

The worst thing in our band history…any time we have to shovel the van out after a snowstorm on tour.

Looking back… I’m glad I said yes when Jared asked me to join the band.

In 10 years… I hopefully will not be dead and still have hair.
